Lucinda Milford & Family

I My name is Lucinda Milford and I will be 39 in September. I have three sons that all started racing in the 2019 season in the SCRC circuit full time. I had never ridden in my life and my youngest told me that I could never do it so I bought a bike and jumped on the track close to the end of the 2019 season. I ended up 8th overall for the season and decided that I wanted to continue. I pushed hard in 2020 and jumped off my 150 and onto a 250 and ended up 5th overall and on the podium. Our whole family goes and we have between 4 to 5 bikes on the track. We are known as DBR Racing and we have fell in love with the sport. My boys and husband push me every ride to improve and they are the greatest cheering section! We have a wonderful circuit in Southeast, Saskatchewan, Canada called SCRC and the encouragement from everyone to push harder is so incredible and it is such a fantastic environment.

Dierks is our oldest. He will be 15 this winter. He hasn’t gotten one full season in yet but is hopeful. While practicing on our home track last spring he had a wreck and broke his right femur. So, he took the time to heal last season. He jumped on his bike to ride the track two months after surgery. He will be back this season. He will ride 85 and Supermini

Brooks is 13 in September this year. He started racing motocross on his 10th birthday at the end of the season and placed 6th. He lives, eats and breathes riding. He is very passionate and competitive about it. The boys’ Dad has even built us a home track so we can also train for racing. Brooks first two full seasons, he placed 3rd overall for our circuit and was on the podium. He has also started to ride an 85 last season and is a natural. He will step in to the 85 class and Supermini this year.

Royce is the youngest and will be 10 in September. He jumped on for a full season in 2019 and stole the show. He came in and took the circuit by storm. He won 1st on his 50 and even missed two races due to a broken bike at the track. Not one tear. He stood on the line and cheered the rest on. He is an animal! If he isn’t on his bike, he is watching videos about being on the track. He BRAPS inside his helmet while riding. He is one of a kind!  He won the 2020 season as well on the 50 and had a cast on his foot for one race. He told the doctor to make sure to make the cast so he could wear his boot. He had to race on the weekend. He has also stepped up to the 65. He is a natural on his bike and is going to be incredible on the track this year with his 65.

Sheldon is their Dad. He is always busy working on bikes with the help of his brother, the boys' uncle Bryan. They are the backbone of the team! Bryan is the guy who got the ball rolling on the boys riding and Sheldon was on board. When they aren't working to better the home track, they are working on the bikes and coaching us all to better our riding. Without Sheldon and Bryan we would not be where we are!!

We love what we do and spend time daily on our home track if we are not at a track. We are very excited to be a part of the FlowVision Canada Team.
